Shipping Schedule:

We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (M, W, F). To ensure that your order is processed and shipped on the same day, please make sure your order is received before 3:00 PM MST. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping Fee:

A flat rate shipping fee of $10 USD is applicable to all orders. This fee covers packaging, handling, and transportation costs.

Delivery Times:

Our standard shipping method typically takes 5-7 business days, but delivery times may vary based on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost during the checkout process.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bestie Bottle. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition


Gift Returns

1. Gift Credit (Item Marked as a Gift):

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

2. Refund to Gift Giver (Item Not Marked as a Gift):

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will process a refund to the gift giver. They will be notified of your return and receive the refund accordingly.

We understand the importance of accommodating gift returns and strive to make the process as straightforward as possible for both the recipient and the gift giver. If you have any questions or need assistance with a gift return, please contact our Customer Support team for prompt assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@bestiebottle.com

Refund Process:

  • Contact our customer support team at orders@bestiebottle.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.


Refund Eligibility:

  • Items returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items are in their original packaging and unused condition.
  • No refund on sale or clearance items.


Refund Timeframe:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
